Privacy Policy
FlowFit doesn’t have accounts, servers, analytics, ads, or tracking. Your workout plan lives on your devices and in your own iCloud. Health data stays in Apple Health. We, the developer, receive no personal data from you.
What FlowFit doesn’t do
- No account or sign-in.
- No FlowFit servers. The app doesn’t send your data to us or anyone else.
- No analytics, advertising, or third-party SDKs.
- No tracking across apps or websites, and no selling or sharing of data.
Your workout plan
FlowFit stores your weekly schedule, the exercises you choose, your sets and reps, and records of completed workouts on your device.
If iCloud is on, this data syncs between your iPhone and Apple Watch through your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit). Apple stores it under your Apple Account, and the developer can’t access it. If iCloud is off, your data stays on your device.
Apple Health
FlowFit uses Apple Health (HealthKit) only if you give it permission.
- Read: during a workout on Apple Watch, FlowFit reads your heart rate and active energy to show live metrics.
- Write: when you finish, FlowFit saves the workout to Health as a traditional strength training workout, with its heart rate and active energy.
Your Health data stays in Apple Health on your devices. FlowFit doesn’t send it anywhere or store it in iCloud itself. It never sells Health data or uses it for advertising or data mining.
You can change or revoke access at any time. On iPhone, go to Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › FlowFit. On Apple Watch, open the Health settings in the Settings app.
Deleting your data
- Delete the FlowFit app to remove its data from that device.
- To remove synced data from iCloud, go to Settings › [your name] › iCloud › Manage Account Storage.
- Workouts FlowFit saved to Health can be deleted in the Health app.
Children
FlowFit isn’t directed at children under 13. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
