Answers to common questions. If something isn’t working, email [email protected].

What do I need?

An Apple Watch with watchOS 11 or later, and an iPhone with iOS 17 or later. You plan your week on iPhone and work out on the watch.

How does sync work?

Your plan syncs between iPhone and Apple Watch through your private iCloud. Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on. Changes can take a moment to appear on the other device.

If iCloud is off, your plan stays on the device where you made it.

Why does FlowFit ask for Health access?

During a workout, FlowFit reads heart rate and active energy to show live metrics on your watch. When you finish, it saves the workout to Apple Health. FlowFit only uses Health data with your permission.

To change access on iPhone, go to Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › FlowFit.

Do I need an account?

No. FlowFit has no account or sign-in.

How do I report a problem?

Email [email protected]. Tell us what happened and what you expected, along with your device models and their watchOS and iOS versions.

What happens to my data?

FlowFit doesn’t collect personal data. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
